HOW TO ADD OR CLAIM YOUR WATCH DEALER LISTING
Getting your authorized dealership on Veloce takes less than five minutes. This guide walks you through adding a new listing, claiming an existing one, building your brand profile, and making your first inventory post.

Download the Veloce app on iOS or Android — or sign up for free at theveloceapp.com. Your account works across both the app and the website.
- Use the same email address associated with your dealership for easier verification later
- Available on iPhone, Android, and the web — no separate app needed for the web portal
SEARCH THE DEALER DIRECTORY
Before adding your dealership, search for it in the Veloce Dealers directory. Your business may already be listed — in that case, you'll claim it rather than creating a duplicate.
- Search by business name and by city to catch alternate spellings
- If you find your listing, skip to step 4 (Claim Your Business)
- If nothing comes up, continue to step 3 to add it fresh
STEP 3 — CHOOSE YOUR PATH

ADD A NEW DEALERSHIP
In the Dealers section, tap or click "Add Dealer." Fill in the required fields:
REQUIRED INFORMATION
- Business name (as it appears on your signage and website)
- Street address, city, state, and country
- Phone number and email address
- Website URL (optional but recommended for SEO)
- A short description of your dealership
Note: Your listing will go live after a quick review to confirm it's a legitimate watch retailer.
MY BUSINESS IS ALREADY LISTED
CLAIM YOUR LISTING
If your dealership is already in the directory, open the listing and look for the "Claim This Business" button. Tapping it starts the verification process.
HOW TO CLAIM
- Open your dealership listing from the Dealers page
- Tap "Claim This Business" (visible when you're logged in)
- Submit your claim — a Veloce admin will verify ownership
- Once approved, you gain full editing access to the profile
Note: Verification is usually completed within 24–48 hours. You'll receive a notification once your claim is approved.
MOST IMPORTANT STEP
ADD YOUR BRAND PORTFOLIO
This is the most important step for discovery. Add every brand you're authorized to sell. Collectors filter the dealer directory by brand — your brand list is how they find you.
When a collector searches the Veloce dealer directory for a Rolex authorized dealer near them, only listings with Rolex in their brand portfolio appear. The same goes for Omega, Patek Philippe, Tudor, IWC, Cartier — every brand you add expands how many searches your listing appears in.

Upload a high-quality featured image (storefront or flagship display)
Add your logo — it appears as your dealer avatar
Write a description that mentions your key brands and specialties
Fill in your full address — collectors use this for navigation
Add your business hours if applicable
GROW YOUR REACH
POST INVENTORY & NEW ARRIVALS
Once your profile is live, use the + button in the bottom navigation to create dealer posts. Every post appears in the community feed and on your dealer profile page.
STEP 1
Shoot a short video or photo
Show the watch from multiple angles — a rotating wrist shot works great
STEP 2
Select a frame thumbnail
The video frame picker lets you choose the best still image from your video clip
STEP 3
Tag the brand
Tagging Rolex, for example, means your post also appears on the Rolex brand page
STEP 4
Tag the model
Add the reference or model name so collectors searching for that specific watch can find it
STEP 5
Write a caption
Mention key details — reference number, condition, box and papers, price if desired
Pro tip: Collectors who follow your dealership or follow the brands you tag will see your posts in their personal feed. Posting regularly — even once or twice a week — keeps you top of mind with your most engaged audience.

COMMON QUESTIONS
How long does setup take?
Adding a new dealership takes about five minutes. Claiming an existing listing takes the same time to submit, plus 24–48 hours for verification.
Can I manage my listing from the web?
Yes. Everything you can do in the app you can also do at theveloceapp.com — add your listing, edit your profile, and post inventory.
What if my business name is spelled wrong in an existing listing?
Claim the listing first, then edit the name and all other details once you have ownership.
Can multiple team members manage the dealership profile?
The profile owner can grant admin access to other team members so they can post and manage the listing together.
How do collectors request a service appointment?
Your dealer profile includes a contact form that collectors can use to submit a service request. You receive their details and follow up directly.
What if a brand I carry isn't in the Veloce brand directory?
Contact us and we'll add it. We maintain a continuously growing directory of watch brands — if you sell it, we want it listed.
