About the watch
The Rolex Explorer II ref. 226570 is the modern, 42 mm iteration of Rolex’s purpose-built polar-exploration watch. It retains the signature fixed 24-hour bezel and highly legible orange GMT hand, while upgrading the movement to Calibre 3285. This regular-production model combines the Explorer II’s distinctive tool-watch design with Rolex’s current GMT architecture, available with either a white “Polar” or black dial.
