Return Policy
Return windows on Veloce depend on how an item is sold. Here's what applies to each, at a glance.
VELOCE SHOP
30 days
Watches and products sold directly through the Veloce Shop (fulfilled via Shopify) can be returned within 30 days of delivery, in original, unworn condition with all packaging and paperwork.
MARKETPLACE BRANDS
15 or 30 days
Orders from brand sellers on the Veloce marketplace carry a return window set by each brand — either 15 or 30 days. The exact window (and any restocking fee) is shown on the listing before you buy.
CONSIGNMENT
3 days
Consignment items — pre-owned pieces sold collector-to-collector through a Veloce dealer — have a 3-day inspection window from delivery. This short window is standard for the pre-owned watch trade.
Veloce Shop products — 30 days
Products purchased directly from the Veloce Shop may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unworn and in its original condition, with all boxes, papers, tags, and accessories included. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Marketplace brand orders — 15 or 30 days
Independent brands selling on the Veloce marketplace set their own return window of either 15 or 30 days from delivery. Some brands may also apply a restocking fee on returns. Both the return window and any restocking fee are always displayed on the product listing before you check out, so you know the terms up front. Returns are handled by the brand; start one from your order and we'll connect you.
Consignment items — 3 days
Consignment listings are pre-owned watches sold collector-to-collector through a verified Veloce dealer. These carry a 3-day return window from the date of delivery — an inspection period to confirm the watch matches its description. If something is materially misrepresented, contact the dealer within those 3 days to arrange a return. Because consignment pieces are one-of-a-kind and pass between private owners, this short window is standard across the pre-owned watch market and protects both the buyer and the seller.
Condition & eligibility
- Items must be returned in the same condition they were received — unworn, undamaged, and complete with all original packaging and paperwork.
- Sized bracelets, engraved pieces, and clearly marked final-sale items may not be eligible.
- Return windows are measured from the delivery date, not the order date.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.
